Within several weeks of listing my property, Howard already had several qualified offers that we were ready to present to the bank. When the bank appraisal (or BPO in this case) came back too high the contract amount, Howard worked diligently with the lender to contest, and successfully revise the appraisal amount to keep our deal alive.
